Henry is the final boss of Ending A, fought inside the mouth of the giant entity the official Fandom wiki calls God, and the same wiki names him as the cause of what happened to Mellow. He has no achievement of his own, no documented timing data, and more invented material attached to his name than any other figure in the game.

What the record actually says about Henry
The official Fandom wiki's Henry page runs to roughly 4,900 bytes, which makes it a mid-sized entry there and thinner than the pages for the Surgeon or the Chameleon. Everything below is drawn from that wiki, from Steam's first-party data, or from a player-written Steam Community guide, with the source and its strength given for each line.

Two of those lines deserve a caution. The uvula tactic and the flesh-on-the-wall phrasing come from two different pages of the same wiki and are not independently corroborated, so treat them as one source expressed twice rather than as two agreeing witnesses. And the lights-off trigger for Ending A appears on the Endings page alone. It is plausible and nothing contradicts it, but it is a single-source claim and we label it as one.
Henry and Mellow
Steam's own store copy gives the premise in a single line: the player character is "a young boy named Mellow who has lost all his senses in an attempt to escape an uncomfortable home." That sentence is first-party and names nobody.
The official Fandom wiki goes further. It records that Mellow is really Rodger Thompson, a nine-year-old, that the game is set in 2002, and that Mellow was killed by Henry and afterwards brought back by the Surgeon. The Surgeon is documented across several pages of that wiki as the maker of Clockey, of RODGER and of the Bride, so a Surgeon-made Mellow fits the pattern the wiki itself establishes. Note the two spellings that trip people up: the boy's real name is Rodger Thompson, while RODGER in capitals is a separate entity, the failed copy encountered behind the mirror in Chapter II. The wiki lists Fake Mellow, Mirror Mellow and Mimic as unofficial names for that copy and does not use them itself.
This is the revelation the page exists for, and it is worth being precise about its footing. It is recorded on the official Fandom wiki and nothing in the verified set contradicts it, but no second independent source in our set restates it. Steam's line about an uncomfortable home is compatible with it without confirming it.
Everything beyond that is not in the record. Who Henry is to the household, why he does it, whether he is a person or something constructed, and what he is doing inside God's mouth are all undocumented. The community wiki flags its own guesswork elsewhere with the phrase "this is just speculation", and any explanation of Henry's motive you encounter, on that wiki or any other site, belongs in that category. We are not going to supply one.
The Ending A fight
Ending A is reached by taking the toy saw rather than the real saw from the attic box in Chapter II and giving it to the Toilet Parasite. That branch point is confirmed by five sources and is covered in full on the endings page. Note in passing that one competing site claims the saw is handed to "Roger"; that is wrong, and the recipient is the Toilet Parasite.
The written route for the ending itself is short. In Chapter III you go through the door marked "Don't go in", fight Henry, optionally talk to characters, and turn off the lights. That is the whole documented sequence, and it comes from the Fandom Endings page.
The reason it is so short is worth stating plainly. Chapter III has no walkthrough anywhere. The official Fandom wiki's Chapter III page is three bytes long and its entire content is the letters "tba". Everything anyone knows about Chapter III in public has been reverse-engineered from the Endings page and the boss pages. The record stops there, and we are not going to reconstruct the rest.
What can be said about the mechanics is general rather than Henry-specific. Steam's official description confirms the combat model: first person, Mellow's bare fists, block, dodge and punch. The Fandom Achievements page describes it as traditional HEALTH and STAMINA combat. The Fandom Bosses page also makes a broader argument that is worth carrying here, namely that combat is not a focus of Endacopia at all and that a first-time player could reasonably skip nearly every boss without fighting. Steam's global unlock rates back that up: the three achievements for defeating the main bosses sit far above the three for avoiding them, which means most players choose to fight even though they need not.
Henry is one of the bosses without a skip route on record. Curiously, he is also on the receiving end of one: the trapdoor that lets you bypass RODGER deposits Mellow with Henry.
Claims about Henry with no basis
A large amount of Henry content in search results is fabricated. One site in particular invents systematically and marks its inventions with a "Verified" badge, which is how the material spreads. We are not linking to it. Here is what to discard.

Henry's place among the endings
Henry is fought on exactly one of the four documented routes. This table maps the routes onto Steam's own achievement data, pulled from the global stats page on 8 September 2026. Those percentages are live figures and will drift.

Steam hides the descriptions of all four of those achievements. The official Fandom wiki decodes them as Ending A, Ending B, Ending C and "Find Andy" respectively, and that mapping is consistent across four sources. The "Family!" / "Family?" / "Family." aliases are a community and guide-site convention that the official Fandom wiki does not use, so treat them as nicknames rather than titles. The unlock gradient is itself informative. Four in ten players reach Ending A, which is the route Henry sits on, making his fight the most-seen boss encounter of the three ending routes even though no achievement records it.
